  • After 5 minutes, you need to press and hold the power button on the printer for 30 seconds to eliminate the extra charge.
  • Next, release the power button and plug in the power cables without any extension.

Download the latest firmware to resolve the issue

  • First of all, you need to unplug the network cable, USB cable, power cable and switch off the printer.
  • After 30 seconds, switch on the printer and plug in all the cables back.
  • After turning the printer on, you need to click on the copy and X button until the printer says permanent storage initializes. If this is not working then you need to click on the right arrow and X button.
  • Then, you need to download and apply the latest version of the firmware. You can use the USB cable to download the latest firmware.
